This includes any unseen delays, forecasted material shortages, supply and shipping delays, subcontractor non-performance, and in house capabilities have been measured and thoroughly documented in our Risk Management Plan. This enables LCG to provide an authentic expectation cost and delivery date. While construction projects can often be a moving target, LCG has the experience and manpower to handle the sometimes extraordinary obstacles presented during completion. Our history of completed projects as a Prime Contractor and Sub-Contractor is a testament to our ability to manage the risk involved with government contracting. From heavy-highway and vertical construction to underground and landscape construction, LCG has seen and solved most problems a project or agency can and will develop.
