Risk Management for LCG is the process of eliminating risk. LCG ensures all aspects of a project have been accounted for including unforeseen delays, material acquisition, labor shortages, non-performance by subcontractors and environmental challenges. This enables LCG to provide an authentic risk assessment for the task requirements and a roadmap to get there. While construction projects can often be a moving target, LCG has the experience and manpower to handle the sometimes extraordinary obstacles presented during completion.
