LCG is proud to be recognized as an Indian Owned Small Business.  Growing up on the Flathead Indian Reservation in Polson, Montana, Tom’s  history of native culture can be traced back to the earliest recorded documents of the Salish Kootenai Tribe of Montana and Idaho.  As an Indian-Owned Small Business, LCG strives to do meaningful work in providing for our Nations’ needs as well as our Indian Nation’s needs.  LCG has provided for contracts within tribal lands from Arizona to Montana, gladly hiring and providing for the Tribal TERO requirements. We look forward to using the tribal resource office for hiring and we require tribal members for staffing while working on reservations or in sensitive cultural areas.  Tom’s Native American up-bringing instilled a sense of Indian Pride and cultural importance. Indian Incentive Program: The U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) has established an incentive program for prime contractors to encourage the use of Native American-owned businesses, known as the Indian Incentive Program. DoD provides a 5 percent “incentive bonus” for subcontracted work to Native American-owned business. Use of LCG, Inc. qualifies prime contractors for incentive payment under the Indian Incentive Program.
